The SaeboReach is similar to the SaeboFlex but also includes a custom-made above-elbow attachment.
The SaeboReach not only rehabilitates the affected wrist and hand but also the elbow. The orthosis consists of the SaeboFlex and an above-elbow component. The SaeboReach is ideal for neurologically affected arms where both the hand and elbow have been affected.
The SaeboReach was developed to work alongside the SaeboFlex because function does not stop with the wrist and hand. The SaeboReach allows individuals who are unable to extend their elbow during functional activities to do so. This makes improvements possible at the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
