Your physiotherapist will complete short reports and letters for you free of charge. These include short reports for GPs / consultants, clinic letters, letters to your workplace and referral letters to other medical professionals.
A fee will be charged for completion of more comprehensive reports, such as those required by case managers and solicitors. Manchester Neuro Physio will invoice your rehabilitation case manager / solicitor direct for report writing services enabling you to concentrate on your rehabilitation.
