Conversion disorder will present differently in each person, however the following motor or sensory symptoms may be present:

  • Weakness or paralysis
  • Tingling
  • Numbness or impaired sensation
  • Loss of or impaired hearing
  • Loss of or impaired vision
  • Impaired speech
  • Seizures (non-epileptic)
  • Gait disturbance
  • Tremor
  • Fainting
